      Title: Chocolate-Bar Easter Cake

      Yield: 12 servings

      8 oz Milk choc. bar, chunked
    1/4 c  Butter
  1 2/3 c  Boiling water
  2 1/3 c  All-purpose flour
      2 c  Brown sugar, firmly packed
      2 ts Baking soda
      1 ts Salt
      2    Eggs
    1/2 c  Sour cream
      1 ts Vanilla
           Chocolate frosting

  Preheat of to 350 F.  Combine choc., butter, water in a mixing bowl; Stir
  until chocolate is melted.  In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown
  sugar, baking soda and salt.  Gradually add chocolate mixture, beat for
  several minutes with an electric mixer on medium speed until blended.  Add
  eggs, sour cream, vanilla, continue to beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
  Pour into greased, floured 9x13 pan.  Bake for 35 to 40 min.  Cool; top
  with your favorite frosting.
