     Title: Apricot Bars

  8     oz dried chopped apricots
    1/2 c  honey
    3/4 c  brown sugar
    1/2 c  margerine
  1        egg
  1 1/2 c  flour
    1/2 ts baking powder
  2     c  rolled oats

Soak the apricots for about four hours in cold water; drain. Blend
in honey, brown sugar,margerine an egg with an electric mixer. Stir in
flour and baking  soda. Add rolled oats and apricots and stir  until blended
throughly. Pour into greased 9 by 12 inch  pan and cook 18-20 mins in a 350
degree oven until top turns golden. Let cool and cut into bars.
