      Title: Texas Hash

      Yield: 4 servings

      2 lb Lean ground chuck
      2 md Onions, diced
      2 ea Green peppers, diced
      2 ts Worcestershire sauce
      1 c  Uncooked long-grain white
           -rice
  1 1/2 ts Chili powder
  2 1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 c  Water
      1 ts Cayenne pepper
      2 ea 16 oz. cans chili beans
     16 oz Can Ro-Tel tomatoes and
           -chilies
     16 oz Can tomatoes
      4 oz Grated Cheddar or Jack

  Brown ground chuck in a skillet, breaking meat into small pieces.  Cook
  until the pink disappears from the meat.  Pour into a colander and drain.
  Place cooked meat and all other ingredients except cheese in a crockpot.
  Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 4 hours.  Sprinkle all
  with the cheese.  Cover and let stand for 5 minutes until the cheese
  melts.
