      Title: Oven Porcupines

      Yield: 4 servings

           PORCUPINES:
      1 lb Ground beef, round or chuck
    1/2 c  Instant white rice, uncooked
    1/2 ts Fresh minced garlic
  1 1/2 tb Diced green pepper
    1/4 c  Water
    1/2 ts Celery salt
      1 ts Salt
    1/3 c  Chopped onion
    1/8 ts Pepper
           SWEET & SOUR SAUCE:
     15 oz Can tomato sauce
      2 ts Worcestershire sauce
      1 tb Prepared mustard
      1 c  Water
    1/4 c  Brown sugar

  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a large bowl, mix the meat, rice, garlic,
  green pepper, water, celery salt, salt, onion and pepper and stir until
  well mixed.  Using a tablespoon of mixture for each porcupine, shape
  mixture into balls and place in an 8x8x2 inch baking dish.  Make sweet and
  sour sauce by stirring tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, mustard, water
  and brown sugar together.  Pour the sauce over the porcupines.  Cover
  casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes.  Uncover and bake for 15 minutes
  longer.
