      Title: Cooked Marinade For Game
 Categories: Marinades
      Yield: 1 servings

           -Saute a combination of:          1/2 c  Coarsely chaopped parsley
      1 c  Chopped celery                      3    Bay leaves
      1 c  Chopped carrots                     1 tb Thyme
      1 c  Chopped onions                      1 tb Basil
           -in:                                1 tb Cloves
  1 1/2 c  Vegetable oil                       1 tb Allspice berries
           -until the onions are                    -A pinch of mace
           -golden. Then add:                  1 tb Crushed peppercorns
      3 c  Vinegar                             6    Crushed cloves garlic
      2 c  Water

  This seems like alot of work, but the results are worth it, (especially if
  you don't like the wild taste of game.)

  Simmer for 1 hour. Strain and cool.

  This can be stored in the fridge and used as needed for venison, mutton or
  hare.
