      Title: Crusty Chicken Divan

      Yield: 6 servings

      2 ea 10 oz. pkgs. frozen spears
           -or broccoli
      8 ea Chicken breast halves, raw,
           -skinned & deboned OR 2 ea.
           -12 1/2 oz. cans boneless
           -white chicken meat (3 cups)
      1 ea Can cream of chicken soup
      1 c  Mayonnaise
    1/2 c  Chicken broth
      2 oz Jar diced pimento
      2 ts Lawry's Seasoned Salt
      2 ts Italian seasoning
      2 ts Basil
      2 ea Stalks diced celery
      1 ea VERY large onion, diced
      4 oz Grated cheddar cheese
      1 ts Fresh minced garlic
  1 1/2 c  Stuffing mix

  Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Grease a 9x12x2 inch casserole dish.  Thaw
  the broccoli and drain it well.  Arrange in the bottom of the prepared
  casserole dish.  Place a small colander inside a saucepan.  Add 1 cup
  water.  Place the chicken breasts in the colander and cover the saucepan.
  steam for about 20 minutes until the chicken is done.  Remove the chicken
  breasts and drain.  Measure 1/2 cup of water from the saucepan and use as
  chicken broth.  Cut chicken into large bite-sized pieces.  Place cooked
  chicken on top of the broccoli.  Mix the soup, mayonnaise, broth,
  pimentos, Seasoned Salt, Italian Seasoning, basil, celery and onion.  Pour
  mixture over chicken.  Sprinkle cheese on top and then sprinkle stuffing
  mix on top of the cheese.

  Cover and bake about 25 minutes or until hot.  Uncover and cook about 15
  minutes longer or until the stuffing is browned on the top.  Remove from
  the oven and serve hot.
