      Title: Chocolate Mousse #2

      Yield: 1 servings

      1 c  milk
      2 oz unsweetened chocolate
    1/4 c  sugar
      1 ts gealtine
      1 ts vanilla
      1 pt heavy cream, whipped

(From The All New Fannie Farmer Boston Cooking School Cookbook dated 1965)
   Cook over low heat or in a double boiler, stirring frequently:
milk, unsweetened chocolate, sugar and gelatine.
   Beat until smooth and well blended.  Chill until thick. Add vanilla.
   Beat until light.  Fold in cream.
   Freeze in a mold until solid, then return to normal temperature.
