MMMMM----- Recipe via UNREGISTERED Meal-Master (tm) v8.01

      Title: Erewhon Fruit Kanten
 Categories: Desserts, Vegan
      Yield: 1 recipe

      1 qt Apple juice or cider
      1    Orange; juiced
      1    Lemon; juiced
    1/3 c  Erewhon Agar Flakes
      1 tb Erewhon Kuzu
      1 pt Strawberries
    1/2 lb Seedless grapes
      2 tb Honey (optional)

  Pour juices into large pot.  Stir in Agar.  Dissolve Kuzu in 1/4 cup
  water. Blend until smooth white paste, then add to juice.

  Bring liquid to boil, stirring frequently.  Lower flame and simmer
  for 20 minutes.  Remove from heat.

  Slice fruit and add to juice.  Pour mixture into shallow, heat-proof
  serving dish.  Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate
  for 2-3 hours.

  Garnish with chopped nuts or coconut if desired.
