      Title: Praline Pie

      Yield: 6 servings

      1    Keebler Nilla Pie Crust
      1    Egg White, slightly beaten
    1/4 c  Margarine, melted
      1 c  Light Brown sugar, packed
    3/4 c  All purpose flour
      1 ts Baking powder
      1    Egg
      1 ts Vanilla extract
      1 c  Pecans, coarsely chopped
           Prepared whipped topping,
           For garnish

  Brush pie crust with egg white.  Bake at 375 F. for 5 minutes; set aside.
  In medium bowl, with electric mixer at low speed, beat margarine and brown
  sugar until blended.  Mix flour, baking powder, egg and vanilla until well
  blended.  Stir in 3/4 c. pecans.  Spread in prepared crust; sprinkle top
  with remaining 1/4 c. pecans.  Bake at 350 F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until
  lightly browned and filling is set.  Cool completely on wire rack.
  Garnish with whipped topping.
