MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02

      Title: Potato Skins
 Categories: Vegetables, Low fat, S.powter
      Yield: 4 servings

      4 md Potatoes
    1/2 c  Non fat sour cream
    1/2 c  Non fat cottage cheese
    1/4 c  Parsley
        ds Salt and pepper
           Non fat cheddar cheese

  Bake potatoes and cut lengthwise, remove insides and mix with other
  ingredients. Put mixture back into skins, top with non fat cheddar
  cheese. Place in oven at 450 degrees until cheese melts.
  1 Serving: 192 cal, 0 Fat
