MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02

      Title: Fried Lumpia with Sesame Seeds

      Yield: 10 servings

    1/2 c  Shrimp
      2    Bunches spring onions
  1 1/2 c  Meat asado*
      8    Pieces Chinese mushrooms,
           Soaked in water and cut in
           Pieces
      1 c  Cubed bamboo shoots
      2    Egg yolks
      2 tb Flour
      1 tb Rice wine
           Pepper/salt to taste
           M.S.G. to taste
     10    Big pieces lumpia wrapper
      2    Egg whites
    1/2 c  Sesame seeds
           MEAT ASADO:
    3/4 c  Hot stock
    1/3 c  Soy sauce
    1/3 c  Brown sugar
      2 tb White wine
      1 ts Salt
    1/2 ts M.S.G.
      2    Cloves crushed garlic
      1 c  Pork or ham, whole

  For Pork Asado-Chinese Style: In a 2 qt saucepan, combine stock,
  sauce, brown sugar, white wine, salt, M.S.G. and garlic. Put in pork.
  Cover pan, bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until meat is
  tender. Slice meat. Serve hot with sauce or go on with the lumpia
  directions.

  Lumpia: Combine shrimp, onions, pork asado, mushrooms, bamboo shoots,
  egg yolks, flour, rice wine, pepper, salt and M.S.G. Wrap in lumpia
  wrappers. Grease steamer and steam for 10 minutes. Rub with egg
  whites and sprinkle with sesame seeds.  Cool.  Fry in hot canola or
  peanut oil. Serve with your favorite sweet and sour sauce.
