      Title: Honey-drizzled Coffee Cake

      Yield: 8 servings

  1 1/3 c  Variety baking mix
      1 tb Honey
      1 tb Veg. oil
      2    Egg whites
    1/3 c  Water
    1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
      1 tb Honey
           Powdered sugar

  Heat oven to 350 F.  Spray round pan, 8x 1 1/2 inches, with non-stick
  cooking spray.  Mix baking mix, 1 tbsp. honey the oil, egg whites & water;
  beat vigorously 30 seconds.  Spread batter in pan.  Sprinkle with nutmeg;
  drizzle with 1 tbsp. honey.  Bake until wooden pick inserted in center
  comes out clean, 15 to 18 minutes.  Cool 10 minutes; sprinkle with powdered
  sugar.  Serve warm.
