MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02

      Title: Fish Marinade
 Categories: Cajun, Sauces
      Yield: 6 servings

      2 c  Chablis wine
      2 t  Salt
    1/2 t  Ground cayenne pepper
      2 T  Lemon juice
      2 T  Creole mustard

  Mix all ingredients together and stir well.  Use as a marinade, Then
