      7 oz Water (80)
      1 T  Oil
      1 t  Lemon juice
      1 T  Dry milk
      1 t  Salt
  1 1/2 T  Light brown sugar
  2 1/4 c  Bread flour
  1 1/2 t  Active dry yeast
    3/4 t  Cinnamon
    1/2 c  Raisins
    1/2 c  Walnut pieces

      9 oz Water (80)
      4 t  Oil
      1 t  Lemon juice
      1 T  Dry milk
  1 1/2 t  Salt
  2 1/2 T  Light brown sugar
      3 c  Bread flour
  2 1/2 t  Active dry yeast
      1 t  Cinnamon
    3/4 c  Raisins
    3/4 c  Walnut pieces

  Put ingredients in pan in order suggested by manufacturer.

  1. for Toastmaster use setting #7 sweet bread.
  I don't know how compatible Welbilt settings are to Toastmaster
and you may have to adjust water (milk) and/or yeast for the Welbilt.
