I like to use lemon and pepper seasoning.   After cleaning them out, leave
the skin on.  Drench the pieces of fish with lemon juice then put the
seasoning on just enough to cover entire piece.  Then place in tin foil and
barbecue until meat is slightly brown or however done you want it.  It's
really good!!!!
