      Title: Cucumber Salsa
 Categories: Salsa, Vegetables, Sauces, Mexican
      Yield: 6 servings

      1 c  Dairy Sour Cream                    1 ts Cumin; Ground
      1 c  Yogurt; Plain                     1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 c  Parsley; Snipped                    2 ea Cucumbers; Medium *
    1/4 c  Cilantro; Fresh, Snipped

  *  Cucumbers should be pared, seeded and coarsely shredded.

  Mix all ingredients.  Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
  Makes about 3 cups salsa.
