Cut heads off, clean and wipe dry. Fry out liberal amount of pork fat.
Roll in flour with a little salt and touch of garlic powder. Drop in
fry-pan when fat comes to a boil. Turn often to avoid burning. Fry
SLOWLY until every trout is crisp and well browned.
     Place in hot platter on clean paper towel to absorb fat. Serve
with cut lemon on the side.
