      Title: Chicken Italian
 Categories: Low-fat, Poultry, Low-salt
      Yield: 4 servings

      1    3 lbs skinned chicken breast
      2 tb Olive oil
      2 tb Lemon juice
      2    Cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 ts Oregano
      2 tb Dry white wine
           Pepper to taste

  If using whole chicken, cut in half.  Blend marinade of all the remaining
  ingredients.  Soak chicken for 10 minutes.  Bake in greased pan at 350 F.
  for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender.
