     Title: Chinese Chicken Wings

  Servings: 12

 1          bottle of soy sauce
 2      t   ginger, freshly grated
 2          cloves of garlic, minced
 1/2    c   of brown sugar
 1      t   prepared mustard
 2          dozen chicken wings
            -garlic powder

Mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, and mustard together; blend
well.  Marinate chicken in mixture for a couple of hours or longer.
After marinating, drain the chicken wings and reserve the marinade.
Place on tray and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees, turning and basting
with reserved marinade frequently.  Sprinkle with garlic powder.  Place
chicken wings under broiler for a minute or two to get crispy, just
before serving.  Makes 8 t0 12 servings.
