 8      T   black pepper
 2      T   chili powder
 3      T   garlic powder
 3      T   cayenne pepper
 8      T   MSG, optional

Combine all ingredients and store in airtight container.  Use as a rub for
brisket.  Makes about 2 1/4 cups.  Recipe comes from the Del Rio Chamber of
