            -Non-stick cooking spray
2           -3 lbs turkey chunks (can
            -use breasts, thighs)
2       lg  onions, chunked
5       lg  stalks celery, chunked
2       cn  (14oz) red kidney beans,
            -drained
2       cn  (14oz) pork and beans
2       cn  (14oz) tomatoes, chopped
1       cn  (5.5oz) tomato paste
1       cn  (14oz) kernel corn,
            -drained
1       T   Watkins Inferno Hot Pepper
            -Sauce
1       t   Watkins seasoning salt
2       T   Watkins chili seasoning
2       t   Watkins garlic powder
1       t   Watkins black pepper
1/8     t   Watkins cayenne pepper

Chop onions, celery, and turkey chunks into bite-sized pieces.  Spray
large Dutch oven with non-stick cooking spray.  Cook onions over medium
heat until they are softened and translucent (about 3-5 minutes).  Add
the celery and continue cooking until they are tender-crisp (about 3-5
minutes).  Add the turkey chunks and continue cooking until the meat is
cooked through (approx 8-10 minutes).  Add the drained kidney beans,
pork and beans, tomatoes, and tomato paste.  Mix thoroughly.
Add the spices and stir until well blended.  Simmer over low heat for
2-3 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent settling and possible
scorching of beans.  Just before serving, add the kernel corn and heat
an additional 5 minutes.  Makes 6-8 servings.

This makes a very colorful dish, and only needs a bun to accompany it.
If you can't find a Watkin's dealer....use like seasonings...
