     Title: Sweet And Sour Turkey On A Bed Of Vegetables

8 oz turkey breast, cut into thin strips
1 level tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp oil, preferably sesame
1 bunch spring onions, trimmed and sliced
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1/2 inch piece fresh root ginger, peeled and grated
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 level tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp clear honey
juice of 1 orange

FOR THE VEGETABLES:
3 tbsp oil, preferably sesame
1 level tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 - 1/2 head chinese leaves, shredded
2oz button mushrooms, wiped and sliced
2 stalk celery, wiped and sliced

TO COOK THE TURKEY:
Dust the turkey strips with the cornflour.  Heat the oil in a frying pan
or wok; add the turkey and cook for 1 minute.  Add the spring onions,
garlic and ginger and continue cooking for 1 minute. Add the remaining
ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the turkey is cooked.
Keep turkey warm while cooking the vegetables.

TO COOK THE VEGETABLES:
Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok.  Add the sesame seeds and cook
until they start to pop.  Add all vegetables and continue cooking over a
high heat for 3-4 minutes or until just tender, but still fairly crisp.
Spoon on to a warmed serving dish and top with the sweet and sour
turkey.
