            -Cooking oil
            -Sesame seeds
            -Soy sauce
            -Wok or large pan
            -Spatula

Clean spinach (nothing worse than grains of sand).  Crush sesame seeds.
Heat wok on high!  Add a small amount of oil (couple teaspoons).  Add seeds,
wait until they are browned (15 - 20 seconds).  Add spinach and a tablespoon
or so of soy sauce.  Cook until spinach has completely wilted.

This Korean recipe actually made me like spinach!
