I always use a very simple method when making sausage gravy. (WOOOOOOO! We just
had an earth quake!) anyway.... just melt desired amount of butter ( 3 tbs. )
and mix equal amount of flour. Mix till no longer clumpy. Slowly add milk...
stirring continuosly until desired consistancy. Add salt and pepper and
crumbled cooked sausage. Mmmmmmm...
