Try rubbing the inside with your favorite spices/herbs, or stuff it with an
onion. You may want to insert slivered garlic cloves into the meat, inside
the bird.
Stuff it with your favorite rice or stuffing mix, before cooking, if you like.

Marinades work well, if you can find some good recipes, or even bottled.

We don't do a lot of chicken, but when we do, it has to have flavor.

The main thing is, if you put it on the outside, put it inside too!

Try a rolled rib roast, if you can find one; Or roll your own from a good cut
of meat. Much cheaper than a Prime Rib dinner from a restaraunt, and just as
good!

(Quick barbeque sauce cheat: Try Cattleman's or Cattle Baron's; name depends
on where you are. It's in a jar, and is the best sauce to use when you don't
have the time to make any! - And shamefully, it usually beats my attempts at
saucemaking!)
