Welcome to LifeSaver. Detailed help is available within the program
but this text file will get you started.
   
What is LifeSaver?
   LIFESAVER v3.2. Helps prevent common
   computer injuries such as CTS and RSI
   by scheduling regular breaks and
   providing a series of exercises to
   relieve tension. Follows OH&S
   committee recommendations. Improves
   productivity - will run on a network.
   Requires Windows 3.1 and
   VBRUN300.DLL.

How do I install it?
   Just copy the files to the directory you want to install LifeSaver to.
Make sure you have VBRUN300.DLL in your Windows directory. For networks,
LifeSaver must have write access to its home directory.

How do I run it?
   Set up an icon in Program Manager to run LIFESAVE.EXE. You might want to
add it to your startup group.

What's this VBRUN300.DLL?
   This file is needed by LifeSaver and many other programs, and is
available from most ftp sites and BBSs. Just copy it into your Windows
directory.
