Installation ****************************************************************
  1. Copy VBRUN300.DLL and CMDIALOG.VBX files to the \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.
  2. Decompress HLPCRD.LZH file in a directory.
  3. Execute HELPCARD.EXE file from the Program Manager or the File Manager.
 
Recommendations *************************************************************
  HelpCard opens a DOS Prompt when compiling a file. It is recommended to
  the following options be modified the _default.pif file using the PIF editor.
    1. Mark Windowed for Display Usage:
    2. Check Close Window on Exit
  Furthermore, do not change windows while compiling. It may stop the
  compilation process.
