                              ACLW
                 "Area Code Locator for Windows"
                     Version 1.0 - 05/06/95
                   (c)1995 by Kevin Krausnick

ACLW is a utility designed to allow the quick retrieval of Area
Code information. If the Area Code is specified, it will return
the following information:

     * State
     * Major Cities
     * Time Zone

If you know the State - but need to locate an Area Code within
the State, a scroll bar is provided to let you pan through the
database; which is sorted by State.

Area Codes can be typed directly into the Area Code text box,
otherwise a pseudo key pad has been provided for those who
prefer using a mouse.

A legend for the displayed Time Zone can be found by clicking the
help button ("?").

REQUIREMENTS: ACLW requires VBRUN200.DLL, which is a Visual
               Basic run-time module. The only files required
               for the program to operate are ACLW.EXE and
               ACLW.DAT. Please be sure both files reside in the
               same subdirectory.

SHAREWARE: If you like and use the program, please consider
               registering for $5. In return you will receive
               the latest version of the program, along with
               other handy conversion tools, including...
