      ( X) = Number of events
             scheduled for the day.
  XX:XX XM = Time of first event
             scheduled for the day.

<Selecting Date>
Selecting Date
 Selecting a date from this screen
 will bring up the daily schedule for
 that day so that it may be viewed or
 edited. You may do so by clicking
 the desired date with the left mouse
 button or entering a day through the
 keyboard. A date that has an event
 scheduled will be colored blue on
 this screen. Also displayed with the
 date is the number of events
 scheduled for that day and the time
 of the first event of the day.

<Month>
Month
 You may move up or down one month at
 a time by clicking on the up or down
 arrow with the left mouse button.
 You may also use the Page Up & Page
 Down keys to browse up or down
 through the months.

<Year>
Year
 You may move up or down one year at
 a time by clicking on the up or down
 arrow with the left mouse button.
 You may also use the Home & End keys
 to browse up or down through the
 years.

<Day>
Day
 You may enter a day in this blank
 using the keyboard if you do not
 have a mouse or do not wish to use
 one. When a day is entered the daily
 schedule for that day of the month
 and year currently displayed will
 be opened for viewing or editing.

<Purge>
Purge
 Use this selection to purge old
 records from the data files. Upon
 choosing this button you will be
 prompted for a date to delete all
 records prior to.

<Print>
Print
 Prompts you for a date range before
 printing a schedule of events within
 the specified range. A schedule for
 a single date can also be printed by
 selecting the print button on the
 daily schedule screen.

<Today>
Today
 Returns you to the calendar month
 and year of todays date.

<Exit>
Exit
 Exits the Calendar program and
 returns you to the dos prompt.

<<Daily Schedule>>
<Viewing Schedule>
Viewing Schedule
 The information shown on the right
 side of this screen and the notes
 on the bottom correspond to the
 highlighted time in the scroll box
 on the left side. You may scroll up
 and down using the arrow keys or the
 scroll bar in the list box. Also
 clicking the right mouse button
 anywhere in the bottom half of the
 box scrolls down and clicking
 anywhere in the top half of the box
 scrolls up. The corresponding info
 will change as you scroll through
 the times.

<Insert>
Insert
 Allows you to insert another time
 and event for the displayed date.

<Change>
Change
 Allows you to change the currently
 highlighted event.

<Delete>
Delete
 Prompts you before deleting the
 currently highlighted event. If you
 wish to delete a number of old
 records use the purge button on the
 calendar screen to delete all events
 before a specified date.

<Calendar>
Calendar
 Returns you to the main calendar
 screen from where you may pick
 another date to view or edit.

<Print>
Print
 Prints a schedule for the date that
 is currently displayed. If you wish
 to print a schedule for a range of
 dates use the print button on the
 main calendar screen.

Printing Schedules
 This screen allows you to specify a
 range of dates to be printed out on
 a schedule.

<Start Date>
Start Date
 Enter the first date you wish to be
 included on your schedule here.

<End Date>
End Date
 Enter the ending date of your
 schedule here. End date must be
 after start date.

<Ok>
Ok
 Prints a schedule for the selected
 dates after prompting you for a
 printer port or filename, then
 returns you to the main calendar
 screen.

<Cancel>
Cancel
 Aborts schedule printing and returns
 you to the main calendar screen.

<<Adding Events>>

Event
 This screen allows you to add or
 edit events for the displayed date.
 You may enter any other info or
 notes for the scheduled event that
 you wish.

<Notes>
Notes
 Any notes entered will be displayed
 along with the corresponding event
 on the daily schedule screen and on
 the printed daily schedule.

<Ok>
Ok
 Processes the current record and
 returns you to the daily schedule
 screen.

<Cancel>
Cancel
 Returns you to the daily schedule
 screen without saving any changes
 or additions made to the currently
 displayed event.

<<Redirect Report>>

Redirect Report
 This screen allows you to route the
 printing of a schedule to a
 specific port or file. Schedules can
 also be displayed on the screen.

<Destination>
Destination
 Choose the desired destination for
 the daily schedule currently being
 printed.

<Filename>
Filename
 If you choose to print the schedule
 to a file enter the file name or dos
 file path on this line.

<Ok>
Ok
 Prints the schedule to the desired
 location and returns you to the
 daily schedule screen.

<Cancel>
Cancel
 Aborts the printing process and
 returns you to the daily schedule
 screen.

<<Purging Files>>

Purging Records
 This screen prompts you for a date
 to purge all records prior to.
 Records can not be recovered once
 they are purged from the data files.

<Date>
Date
 All records prior to the entered
 date will be purged from the data
 files and cleared from the main
 calendar screen. You may enter any
 date from 01/01/1801 thru 12/01/2099

<Ok>
Ok
 Prompts you to verify that you want
 to delete all records prior to the
 entered date before removing the
 records from the data files and
 returning you to the main calendar
 screen.

<Cancel>
Cancel
 Aborts the purge operation and
 returns you to the main calendar
 screen without deleting any records.
