  Title Bar Resource is an utility to display remaining Windows resource and
memory to a right-hand side of a title bar in an active window. 

Features include:
  1. Only display on active window.
  2. Change between Total remaining -> GDI remaining -> User remaining display
     modes by clicking a mouse on the displayed field.
  3. Location of a title bar can be changed, so it will not interfere with
     other softwares using a title bar.

	    80386 or higher machine
	    4MB or more RAM memory
	Software:
	    MS-Windows3.1 or higher

Installation *****************************************************************
  Execute the TIRESE.EXE file from Windows by using either the File Manager
or the Program Manager.  When the file is executed, it will create a
TITIME.INI in the WINDOWS directory if it does not already exist.

Operation ********************************************************************
  When Title Bar Resource is active, it will display system information at a
default position on a screen.
  
Right mouse click on [Memory] or [Resource]
  Clicking the right mouse button on either [Memory] or [Resource] will bring
  up a Title Bar Clock color dialog box.  Color of the button can be set from
  this dialog box.
  
Left mouse double click on [Memory]
  Double clicking the right mouse button on [Memory] will bring up a Title
  Bar Resource Setup dialog box.  Position of Title Bar Resource button can
  be adjusted from this dialog box.

  This program can be distributed only in the original archived TIRES.LZH
formatted file.  Do not change this file or any files within.
