Revision History:

1.5 a) Added keybord control of all WinX10 functions. Everything
can now be accessed without a mouse.
    b) Fixed X10 Clock in gray status bar so it keeps much better
       time.
    c) Added "Unit Setup" command to "Option" Menu.
    d) WinX10 no longer crashes if you resize the form too small.
    e) If you move WinX10 files to a different directory, it will
no longer get "File Not Found" errors when re-starting from
       this new directory
    f) WinX10 is now compiled under VB 2.0 creating a moderate
       speedup in loading and execution.

1.4 a) Fixed "ILLEGAL FUNCTION CODE" error that could occur using
the "FREEZE" button with X10 events that were uploaded from
       another program.
    b) Fixed "Unit Setup" FORM so that user cannot change
"housecode/unitcode" (eg buttons greyed out) whenever
particular housecode/unitcode has events programmed for it
and it is the only Icon to represent them. This feature
       will help prevent stranded events.
    c) WinX10 nows checks for stranded events and informs user of
the problem. The check occurs whenever WinX10 is
loaded/unloaded. A dialog box will warn the user of the
       problem.
    d) "Unit Setup" FORM is now modal. That is you must close it
to return back to the main form. This solved some problems
that could have occurred when switching back to the main
form without using the "close" button.
    e) Fixed "New" and "Autosize" (when used from pulldown menu)
commands where sunrise/set parameters where not initialized
from what was previously stored in WinX10. This made
uploaded events look like they were "sun" related when they
       really weren't.
    f) Fixed drag-and-drop problem in "IconSelect" FORM so that
user can no longer drag-and-drop an Icon outside the window
causing an "Object not found" error.

1.3 a) Fixed "Remove Icon" Form so that when user removes an Icon,
the associated X10 Events will also be removed if this was
the only Icon to represent the X10 Events. This prevents
the chance of having stranded events without an Icon to
       represent them.

1.2 a) Fixed WinX10 so that "TODAY" and "TOMORROW" events that
have expired will automatically be removed from WinX10's
       record.

1.1 a) Fixed WinX10 so it can be MINIMIZED on startup.
    b) Fixed main form so when you "hide" both the DIRECT_CMD box
and the GLOBAL_CMD box, the area previously occupied by
these boxes becomes available for placing Icons.
    c) Removed "About Box" from being displayed at startup.
