    RECIPE NAME: CREAMED CORN ON THE COB
KEY INGREDIENTS: corn, cream, butter
         SOURCE:

12 ears fresh picked corn on the cob
6 Tbsp. butter, softened
5 Tbsp. heavy cream
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Place metal steamer basket in the bottom
of a large pot and add water to the bottom of the basket.  Stand corn
in, bring to a boil, cover and steam for 6 minutes.  Remove from
roasting pan and let cool.

In a medium bowl, beat butter and cream together with a fork.  stir in
salt and pepper.  brush half the butter mixture on the corn and bake
for 4 to 5 minutes (you can also cook them on the grill over medium
heat).  Remove from oven or grill and brush corn with remaining butter
mixture.
