    RECIPE NAME: BROWN SUGAR SPUDS
KEY INGREDIENTS: potatoes, brown sugar, butter
         SOURCE:

10 medium Idaho potatoes, peeled and cut into 2" chunks
6 Tbsp. sweet butter, melted
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
pinch salt

Place potato chunks in a bowl with 3 Tbsp. water.  Microwave 6 to 8
minutes, or until fork tender.  Drain.  Preheat oven to broil.  In a
small bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, cayenne and salt. Place potato
chunks in a roasting pan and pour butter mixture over.  Broil 6 to 8
minutes, or until potatoes are browned and glazed.
