    RECIPE NAME: BURNT HOTDOGS ON TOAST WITH MUSTARD
KEY INGREDIENTS: hotdogs, bread, mustard sauce
         SOURCE:

Serves 6.

Magic Mustard:  4 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 TBsp. minced sweet pickle
1 Tbsp. minced Jalapeno peppers from a jar
1 pkg. of 8 good quality hotdogs
3 Tbsp. butter/margarine
12 slices white bread, lightly toasted

Prepare mustard by mixing all ingredients in a small bowl.  Cut
hotdogs in half widthwise.  Cut each piece in half lengthwise, not
cutting all the way through.  Melt butter in a large skillet.  Cook
hotdogs over medium high heat until nicely blackened in spots, but not
all over.  Arrange on toast and top with Magic Mustard.  Allow skillet
to soak overnight.
