To select the input mode (ASCII,HEX, etc), use the up/down arrow
to position the hand to the selection. Once this is done you
need only press the "A" or "B" key to enter in that method on the
value desired. Regardless of the entry mode used you must press
the <ENTER> key to terminate the mode.
1> Note the values which come up at power up are preset.
2> You may NOT enter in the MSB in binary mode.

To change the option on the bottom list, use the SHIFT+ either the
up or down arrow to select the one you want. The top three options
only affect the top window display. The rest of the list use the
B value if required (like ones in the asm manual which refer to
using HL and bits in a location pointed to by HL). You'll have to
look up the ones to see which will use it. Shifts obviously don't.

Use the LEFT arrow to -1 from the A value
Use the RIGHT arrow to +1 to the A value
Use the SHIFT LEFT arrow to -1 from the B value
Use the SHIFT RIGHT arrow to +1 to the B value

Press the <BREAK> key to exit to DOS.

If you want to select an option to view, like RRCA which uses both
the A and B value and you want to see things move, press the X key
which acts a kind of execute. You can watch the bit pattern change
in this way.

For normal applications leave the option in 1 of the top three positions
and you won't have values changing on you in A or B, just the window
at the top.

If you want HELP, select the OPTION you want, then press the "H" key.
The window will display a VERY SHORT reminder that you should have
studied more. All OPTIONS have HELP available.

Note that whenever you change an option of ANY KIND, all calculations
are redone. If you happen to be selecting a SRL (shift), you will lose
the value you had in A, therefore, always select the option first, then
insert the values you want.
