(B)ulletin

The BULLETIN is a text file you may read that gives you a
basic idea of what to expect on the system. It gives
general information on the background of this BBS software,
types of files on the system and hints on using the catalog
of files and message base. Additionally, it lists the
hardware that the BBS is using. As in all text files on the
system, you can use the "P" key (or control-S) to pause
reading or the "S" key (or control-K) to stop reading.
Pressing most any key will restart a paused file.

(F)ile

This selection switches you to the section of the BBS that
enables you to send and receive files. There are over 500
files that are available for you to download. All files on
this system are TRS-80 files of various types.

(G)oodbye

This selection will enable you to leave the BBS and
eventually disconnect the phone line. You will be given a
chance to back out of the selection if you accidentally type
"G" or change your mind about leaving. You also are given a
chance to leave a private note to the operator of the
system even if you are not a registered user.

(H)elp

This lets you read the text file you are now reading.

(M)essage

This switches you to the Message Base Menu where you send
and receive messages. You also may also turn selected
message areas on and off to speed up the reading of desired
messages. Lastly, you can get a listing of registered users
of the system.

(N)otes

This option lets you read the System Notes that you saw
just after you logged onto the system. Usually it is used
to check out the new files since your last call that you
want to download. The notes are updated every few days and
are always dated. It is suggested that you read the notes
until you see a date earlier that your last call. The
Notes, like any text file on the system can be paused or
stopped at any time.

(U)tility

The final selection takes you to the Utility Menu. Here you
may page the operator of the system for a chat, add or
remove linefeeds/nulls, change your password and length of
menu text.
