TRANSLATE TRSLINK BBS LIST TO PCPLUS FORMAT
                            Compiled 1988 by Mike Bailey
                                    version 2.0

Instructions

This program runs on the Model 4/4P/4D microcomputer. XLATLINK/CMD is
a little utility that can take the TRS80BBS/DOC File and convert it to
a database file that can be read by PC Plus. You can convert all the
BBS numbers in the list, or only those which are PC Pursuitable. Then
run the program each month using the TRS80BBS/DOC File that comes with
TRSLINK Magazine to keep your PC Plus-Trslink database current and up-
        to-date.

Invoke the program by typing XLATLINK/CMD From DOS. You are prompted
to enter the database filename that you want to convert TO. XLATLINK
automatically searches and opens the TRS80BBS/DOC File.

As information is converted to the database, it is echoed to the video
screen. When it is completed, you can load PC Plus and <C>hange the
directory to make use of the TRSLINK telephone database.

SPECIAL OPTIONS. You can convert all telephone numbers in the list,
prune out unverified BBS systems, and non-PC Pursuitable BBS Systems.
XLATLINK/CMD automatically prunes out bulletin boards that are marked
as being down or closed to the general public.

If there are more than 208 telephone numbers to be converted from the
TRS80BBS/DOC File, then XLATLINK/CMD will open a secondary database
        and continue writing information.
