Applied WLINK1/FIX to WINLINK. This corrects an error in WEXEC and
the error jump taken if PROWAM is not installed prior to WINLINK.
Changes WINLINK to version 2.0b.

07/12/88 - Notes concerning the PRO-WAM environment:

When PRO-WAM is first activated, the DOS network flag is set. This
is done to ensure that files opened by PRO-WAM applications have their
respective "file open bit" set in the directory. If a PRO-WAM
application is invoked via the WEXEC svc function when PRO-WAM is not
activated, the application will be invoked but the DOS network flag
will not be turned on; thus, the "file open bit" will not be utilized
unless your driving program sets that flag.

When PRO-WAM is first activated, the video mode is set to 80cpl
mode. If a PRO-WAM application is invoked via the WEXEC svc function when
PRO-WAM is not activated, the application will be invoked but the video
mode will remain as it was; thus, your driving program must ensure that
the video mode is set to 80cpl if it invokes an application via wexec
under these circumstances.

PRO-WAM applications utilize the address space between 2400H and
2FFFH respectively. This means that if you are going to invoke a PRO-WAM
application from a driving program, your program stack cannot be in this
region. There is no guard against that programmed into the PRO-WAM window
SVC executive; it is your responsibility to guard against that!
