This POST file is in tutorial form to help you learn the features. To save
space in memory, delete the narrative and save the condensed version below.

Printer Left: \LM=10\ Top: \TM=6\ Print Area: \PA=54\
Margins & Page Length: \PL=66\ Line Spacing: \LS=1\
Controls Stops at new page: \ST=0\ (No "0", Yes "1")

Default document widths: Main \WM=80\ Alternate \WA=80\

  Memory partition on load: \PT=2\

File Treat a line feed as a carriage return (1),
Input or ignore line feeds (0): \LF=1\
& Ignore line feeds immediately before/after
Saving carriage return (No "0", Yes "1"): \LG=1\
Add a line feed after a carriage return
          (No "0", Yes "1"): \LA=0\
          Recognize end-of-file byte (No "0", Yes "1"): \EF=1\
Value of the end-of-file byte: \EB=0\

For saving memory all of the above can be replaced with:
\LM=10\TM=6\PA=54\PL=66\LS=1\ST=0\WM=80\WA=80\PT=2\LF=1\
\LG=1\\LA=0\\EF=1\\EB=0\

In what follows replace "expansion for ..." with whatever you want to see after you type <ESC> followed by 0,1,...
\0=expansion for 0\ \3=expansion for 3\ \6=expansion for 6\
\1=expansion for 1\ \4=expansion for 4\ \7=expansion for 7\ \2=expansion for 2\ \5=expansion for 5\ \8=expansion for 8\
\9=expansion for 9 with use of control M^M\

MACRO EXPANSIONS may use any character except \ and ^. General form is \xx=yyyyy\ , where "\" marks the begin and end of the entire macro expression. You type "xx" to select a macro; Inter-Type types the "yyyyy". The length of either is unlimited, but why bother unless xx is short and yyyyy is long or complicated? The character following "^" is interpreted as a control character. For example, "^M" is interpreted as the <ENTER> key which lets your macro create several lines without storing those lines in memory. Try invoking the macro MCTEL:
     \MCTEL=(c) 1984^MMCTel, inc.^M\

\TERM PAR=0\ Terminal Parameters: read "1", don't read "0"
DELETE THIS MACRO WHEN YOU APPEND FILE "TERMINAL" TO "POST"
\SIG=<<REPLACE THIS STRING WITH YOUR
SIGNATURE>>^M\
