This is a Disk Renaming Utility that is more powerful than
the ATTRIB command of DOS. It allows you to use any character
available on the keyboard as a valid character in the name.
This means you can use symbols and lower case letters as well
as uppercase.

The program will run on any LDOS 5 or LS-DOS/TRSDOS 6. It
will sense which DOS environment it is running on and also
sense the DOS environment of the disk that is to be renamed.

You may get a "short version" DIR from the NEW NAME prompt
by entering a "new name" of <`>, which is <Shift>-<@>. This of
course means that the <`> cannot be the first character of a
disk name. It can be used as any other character though.
