This tool can change MAC address, returned by GenMac NdisReadNetworkAddress
function to Windows drivers.

   What does it mean?

   1. genmac developers are TOO LAZY to export this parameter to .nif file

   2. you can change MAC address of you card, but only if you have ONE network
card in system and only if windows network driver correctly handle this
      value (it must).

   3. this tool PATCH your ?:\IBMCOM\MACS\genm32w.os2

   4. now I see normal MAC instead of 00-00-00-00-00-00 on my "Intel 82566DC
      Gigabit" network card
