----------------------------------------
KEA! Custom Install and Keyboard Drivers
----------------------------------------

If you choose the Custom Install option for KEA! for VAX/UNIX,
the driver for the keyboard you select will automatically be
added to your SYSTEM.INI file. If you then change your keyboard
using the Windows Setup utility, you will have to manually
edit the KEYBOARD.DRV line in the [Boot] section of your
SYSTEM.INI to reflect the new keyboard driver.

----------------------
KEA! Installation Note
----------------------

During the installation of KEA! for VAX/UNIX, you may be prompted
to restart Windows. If Windows is not restarted at this point, you
will need to run a program called FINAL.EXE from the DOS prompt.
This file is located in the EPCLIENT directory. If you do not
run FINAL.EXE, some features of KEA! will not work as expected.

--------------------------------------------
Exiting Windows with connected KEA! sessions
--------------------------------------------

If you experience problems exiting Windows when you have one or
more active, connected KEA! sessions, you may be able to improve
performance by following these steps:

1. In your SYSTEM.INI file, comment out (as in the example below)
the following line in the [386Enh] section:

   ;device=*vtd

2. Obtain the device driver VDTA.386 from Microsoft and place
it in the Windows SYSTEM subdirectory.

3. Add the following line to the [386Enh] section of SYSTEM.INI:

   device=vtda.386

-----------------------------------------------------
NetWare for LAT Connection and Windows for Workgroups
-----------------------------------------------------

KEA! is unable to connect over NetWare for LAT when running on
Windows for Workgroups and using a Novell server version 4.0.

To connect with this method use a Novell server version 3.xx or
do not use Windows for Workgroups.
