Menu Thief is a program to improve usage of menu bar (usually displayed below
the title bar in a window). It has the following features:
  1. Exchange every menu words in a window with what you want.
       Example:
Standard window menu	File Edit Search Window Help
Modified window menu	File Edit Srch Win H
A menu can further be modified to contain only single letters.
	Single letter menu	F E S W H
In this way, length of a menu can be shorten to prevent it from wrapping
     around to an another row.
  2. Move menu off a window on to title bar or on to a Desktop.
If you are working with a small screen and with many windows, taking
menus off will allow you to have larger editing area.
  3. Change window titles.
  4. Task list can be listed in a title bar or on a Desktop.
  5. List program to be launched on a Desktop.

WARNINGS:
  1. Menu Thief will not work with some applications.
  2. Do not use Menu Thief with application that modifies a title bar.
