Uses Dynamic IP substitution. Pre-configured custom .cfg 
has a dummy IP address of 1.1.1.1

*** Note: The default SLIP entry has been changed as of 4/8/94,
and the startup command is now "slip default".  The older versions
will continue to work however. ****

various local numbers.

The script for a SLIP connection should be as follows. 
(The [name] entry will correspond to the name of the 
interface the user defined in custom, if not using a 
pre-configured setup.  The  slip.ini file is found in 
the netmanag directory.)
