Instructions on adding SLIP/CSLIP support to Windows 95

SLIP/CSLIP support is now removed from the main product and into the Resource Kit.

1) After build 286, you will no longer see the (C)SLIP options listed in the
    connectoid's Server Type.
2) To get the (C)SLIP options, you will need to use RNAPLUS.INF for now to add
    in (C)SLIP support.
3) Copy RNAPLUS.INF to a floppy disk or a directory on your drive.
4) On your Win95 machine, go to Control Panel and open "Add/Remove Programs".
5) Go to the Windows Setup page and click "Have Disk".
6) Type in the path where RNAPLUS.INF is and hit OK.
7) Select "Unix Connection for Dial-Up Networking" and click Install.

As a result (C)SLIP will be installed and the (C)SLIP option will show up in the
main Optional Component list for future uninstall.

NOTE: When you uninstall (C)SLIP, it will remove itself from the main
Optional Components list.
