      STACKER NOTE STACKER NOTE
                           SIZE CHANGE ERROR # 136
(Applies to Stacker for OS/2 & DOS ver 4)

      BACKGROUND

When you are changing the size of your Stacker drive, you may
receive Size Change Error #136. This is usually due to an error
on the drive associated with the hidden file DONT_DEL.ME. This
file is used by Stacker's FATMGR program to ensure accurate space
reporting. An error in that file may prevent the resizing of the
      Stacker drive.

      SOLUTION

Use Stacker's CHECK program to delete the DONT_DEL.ME file and
then run the Stacker Resizer again.

       1. Ensure that you have booted into DOS. Note that your Stacker
Disk # 1 is a DOS boot disk.
       2. Change to the STACKER subdirectory.
       3. Type CHECK /WP drive: <enter>, where drive: is the letter of
the Stacker drive. If you are asked if you wish to delete
damaged files, particularly the DONT_DEL.ME file, answer
           "yes".
       4. Note: the next time you reboot into OS/2, a new DONT_DEL.ME
will be created, but it will not have the errors that the
           previous version had.
       5. Run RESIZE drive: <enter>, where drive: is the letter of the
Stacker drive you are changing. The error message should no
           longer appear.
