 DOS/V for Dummies

All right, this is very easy. It is basic on changing your config.sys
file so it will load the fonts you need, so you could play any Japanese
games that require to run under DOS.V (Japanese Dos, not Dos 5.0).

  The following files are:

$Font.sys ............. File will load into memery to able to read
                            Fonts files.
$Disp.sys ............. Display screen file for DosV

    $Jpn*.fnt (3).......... Fonts files.

    $Sys*.fnt (3).......... Fonts files.

    Readme.txt ............ Ain't you reading right now?

    Loe.nfo ............... Kewl Group's information.

File_id.diz ........... What do you think? huh?

   Step 1.

Copy "Every $*.* " Files under your C root or Boot Disk. Which they
could be load when you restart your computer.

   Step 2.

Now we got to Change your config.sys file, it's better if you used
Dos 6.2+ Multi-Config Setup so you could make your own Japan Dos
Startup. Anyways, The "Top Three Lines" in the Config.SYS file should
      be these

       Line 1: Country=081,932,C:\DOS\COUNTRY.SYS
       Line 2: DEVICE=C:\$FONT.SYS
       Line 3: DEVICE=C:\$DISP.SYS
       .....
       ....
       ...

P.S. If you don't have the multi-config setup and you do't want it to
load everytime, the just put "Ram" in the first three files so
they won't load it when you re-boot again.

    Step 3.

       Reboot and play those games.
