Well Boyz and Gurlz if you actually want to play the CDRom version of
NHL 95 from EA Sports, here is the way to sucessfully install it.
YOU WILL NEED ABOUT 50 MEG OF FREE SPACE BESIDES THE ORIGINAL ZIP FILES

1. Extract all the .ARJ OR .A01 OR .A10 ETC... FILES from the zip files
into a temporary sub directory. Here is the first tricky part.
You must un-arj these files in a specific order. They are linked
together. Make a directory called C:\NHL95 (CAN BE ANY HARD DRIVE).
   Un-arj NHL95.ARJ FIRST!! -- "ARJ E NHL95.ARJ C:\NHL95" -- GO BACK INTO
THE TEMP DIRECTORY WITH ALL THE ARJ FILES (.A01, .A02 ETC...).
DELETE NHL95.ARJ. Next you can use a wildcard to complete the extraction.
TYPE ARJ E NHL95*.* C:\NHL95. ARJ will ask you to append the volume
and JUST TYPE "Y" AND PRESS ENTER THRU EACH ONE AND YOU WILL APPEND ALL
THE VOLUMES PROPERLY. This will take up over 31 meg of space.

2. You now need to install the game. Use the subst command.
At the command line, Type subst B: C:\NHL95 (PRESS ENTER)
CHANGE TO THE B DRIVE AND TYPE INSTALL. This will install to
a default of C:\HOCKEY. The full install will need 15 meg.
Once the installation is finished, you can play the game.
There is no copy protection. There is one catch, though, DO NOT
ERASE THE FILES IN C:\NHL95. THE GAME NEEDS SOME OR ALL OF THOSE TO
PLAY IT. AND YOU MUST USE THE SUBST COMMAND IN ORDER TO PLAY THE GAME!
EVERY TIME YOU WANT TO PLAY THE GAME, C:\NHL95 MUST BE SUBSTITUTED
AS THE B DRIVE. TYPE SUBST B: C:\NHL95 AND THEN CHANGE DIRECTORIES TO
C:\HOCKEY AND YOU CAN PLAY!! It is a pain in the ass, but it is
necessary if you wanna play it!!!

Hope you enjoy the game. It has all the updated teams from the 1993-94
Season, which makes me happy since I am a NY Rangers Fan!!
