     COMPATIBILITY WITH AUTOSKETCH

The AutoSketch Release 2 Symbol Libraries are compatible with
AutoSketch Release 2 or higher. They are not compatible with
     earlier releases of AutoSketch.

INSTALLING SYMBOL LIBRARIES FROM THE WINDOWS PROGRAM MANAGER

Use SETUP.EXE on disk 1 to install symbol libraries from the
Windows Program Manager. To use SETUP.EXE, follow the
instructions in Chapter 1 the "Gettings Started" manual.

Note: Depending on your system configuration, the Setup program
might offer RAM drives and network drives as valid installation
drives. Make sure that you select a FIXED DISK drive.

WHERE TO INSTALL THE AUTOSKETCH SYMBOL LIBRARIES

AutoSketch Symbol Libraries should be installed in a subdirectory
named "PARTS," located below the main AutoSketch directory. When
the installation program prompts you for the directory name,
simply enter the full path to the AutoSketch directory. The
installation program will add the PARTS subdirectory name to the
path, create the PARTS subdirectory if it doesn't exist, and
install the symbol libraries in the PARTS subdirectory.

Note: Each symbol library is installed in a separate directory
     below PARTS.
