The Story....

The Fifth Earl of Armand died
in 1596 leaving no heirs to
his estate. Bitter battles
were fought out in the courts
amongst his surviving family,
until finally it seemed that
a distant nephew, young Bruer
Jones the First would inherit
the massive Armand fortune.
Alas, Bruer's luck ran out
the day before he was to move
into the estate, when he ac-
cepted a "peace offering"
from the uncle who had con-
tested the decision, in the
form of a poisoned fruit
cake. As they laid poor
Bruer to rest, a witch he
had befriended in life placed
a curse upon the estate,
placing all sorts of demons
on the grounds who would
destroy anyone attempting
to lay claim to the estate.

Of course, this worked well
for almost 400 years. No one
has lived in the castle and
those who tried, failed. Now
a new crisis has occured. It
seems a large fast food
corporation is intersted in
the property, and seeing how
no one can officially lay
claim to the property, it
appears that soon the castle
will be demolished to make
way for another burger joint.

That is, of course, unless
someone can destroy all the
monsters that inhabit the
estate, thereby claiming the
castle and the grounds for
his or her self!

I guess this is where YOU
come in. You need to kill
the demons with the magic
sword and replenish your
health with the brew in the
goblets scattered throughout
the castle. GOOD LUCK!
